About Shipment

1. We will send the parcel right after the full payment has been confirmed. (We offer free delivery on orders over $250, otherwise a $14.99 flat-rate shipping cost will be charged at checkout)

2.The item will be sent to your address you left at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address and zip code is correct.  

3. The shipment by Canada Post Air Mail, all the parcel includes tracking number.

4. We do our best to provide quick service. However, for reason as severe weather, or holidays can cause unforeseeable delays. If it has been over the shipping time that you have not received the packet, do not hesitate to contact us, we will work promptly to locate the item and help solve it.

4. 我們竭盡所能提供快速的服務。 但是，由于惡劣天氣或節假日等原因，可能導致無法預料的延誤。 如果到了運送時間，您仍未收到包裹，請立即與我們聯繫，我們將盡力協調以找到物品幷幫助解决。
